Upon our arrival, the check-in process was extremely disorganized, resulting in a long wait. Additionally, the staff's reluctance to address our room issues, which included a malfunctioning TV and unclean surfaces, was frustrating. Breakfast was chaotic with inadequate seating, and we encountered rude behavior from other guests that the staff seemed unable to manage.

My stay was highlighted by the convenience of being just a short 10-minute stroll from Bertha von Suttner Platz, a lovely green space, and the easy access to the Goethe Museum, which is only about 1.5 km away and perfect for a scenic walk through the city, making it a fantastic place for anyone who enjoys walking and discovering local landmarks during the weekend. the room was ready for me before the usual check-in time, which was a great touch.

It was just a nice choice for resting at all in Dusseldorf with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were friendly and helped me get a great coffee from the machine in the lobby, which made my mornings better. Just keep an eye on your belongings when in public areas.

Overall, a pleasant stay!
